DEWLINE
A bid desk for Canadian service businesses

Stop missing contracts you could win.

Government buyers post work you can deliver every week. Finding it means checking a dozen portals; missing one mandatory site visit costs you the bid. Dewline reads your website, matches the notices you can actually deliver, and flags what would disqualify you—before you spend a day on the paperwork.

How it works

From company website to bid decision in about a minute.

No demo call, no onboarding project, no email until you have already seen what Dewline found.

01

Paste your website

Dewline reads your public pages and proposes the services and buyer phrases to match on. About 15 seconds.

02

Approve what you sell and where

Delete anything you would not price. Your province and delivery area become a hard filter.

03

Get a bid/no-bid shortlist

Ranked by fit, market and closing date, with the evidence, the deal-breakers and the official notice on every result.

Who it is for

Built for the owner who is also the estimator.

Source coverage

We tell you what we did not check, too.

Federal coverage is Canada-wide through CanadaBuys. Connected provincial sources are labelled separately from portal-only handoffs.

Portal only

For Ottawa businesses, Dewline’s current strength is federal—not complete Ontario or City of Ottawa coverage.

Founding pilot

One contract pays for a decade of this.

A single janitorial or grounds contract runs from five figures to seven. Dewline costs less than an hour of your time a month — and the job it replaces is the hour a week you spend refreshing portals, plus the bid you did not see until the site visit had closed.

Scan free, decide after. Run your shortlist right now without an email or a card. If it is useful, the founding pilot is C$99/month, and we confirm the price and start date with you directly before anything is charged.

C$99 / month
  • Daily sweep of your official sources
  • New matches and amendment alerts by email
  • Response files with the requirements extracted
  • Reusable company evidence and Word export
  • Cancel any time — no card to start

Straight answers

What you are actually buying.

Do you submit the bid for me?

No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says they do. Dewline prepares a response file — requirements pulled from the notice, your saved company evidence mapped against them, exported as an editable Word draft. You review it and submit on the buyer’s official portal, where the legally binding submission belongs.

Which sources do you actually check?

CanadaBuys daily for federal and participating public buyers Canada-wide, plus direct connectors for Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Quebec, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. BC, Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are portal-only — we label them as gaps rather than implying we checked them. Every result carries its source, and every run shows which sources answered.

I am in Ontario or BC. Is this useful yet?

Federal work is the strongest part of the product everywhere in Canada, and for most facilities and trades businesses that is where the recurring contracts are. Provincial coverage for your portal is a handoff today, not ingestion. Run the free scan and judge the federal shortlist on its own merits — that is exactly why we do not ask for a card first.

Will it bury me in irrelevant alerts?

The opposite is the design goal. Your delivery area is an eligibility filter, not a ranking hint, and rejecting a result stops it and its matched terms coming back. A quiet day says “we checked these sources and nothing cleared your threshold”, with the sources listed.

What do you do with my company website?

We read public pages only, to propose services and buyer phrases. You approve or delete every one before a single search runs. You can export or permanently delete everything from your account page at any time.
