Dewline is a Canadian public-contract monitoring service. This page explains the information used to build and operate your opportunity watch.
Information you provide
We collect the company website, capability description, work area, search profile, language preference and work email you submit. If you save a watch, we also retain your relevance feedback and application-workspace drafts.
Public website analysis
When you ask Dewline to analyze a website, it reads publicly available pages from that site to suggest business services, locations and procurement search terms. You review and approve the resulting profile before a search is saved.
Procurement information
Dewline processes public tender and contract information from CanadaBuys and supported provincial or territorial sources. Every result retains its source and jurisdiction.
Service and measurement data
We keep operational logs needed for security, rate limiting, delivery and reliability. We also record a small set of first-party funnel events—such as completing a preview or saving a watch—to understand whether the product works. These events do not include your email or the content of your application drafts.
How information is used

- Send requested digests, amendments and account links.
- Operate, secure and monitor the service.
- Understand aggregate product activation and quality.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email-delivery and language-model providers used to operate Dewline. We disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Your controls
Saved users can pause a watch, export account data, delete the account and unsubscribe from email through the controls in Dewline. You can also contact privacy@dewline.xyz.
Retention and security
We retain account information while the watch is active and as reasonably required for service operation, legal obligations and security. Access links are protected, and sensitive access tokens are stored as hashes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
