Terms
Last updated July 23, 2026
Dewline prepares; you approve and submit. Always verify the latest notice, addenda, pricing, certifications and legal terms on the buyer’s official portal.
The service
Dewline monitors supported public-procurement sources, ranks opportunities against a user-approved business profile and provides bid/no-bid briefs, alerts and editable response workspaces.
Not procurement or legal advice
Dewline is a decision-support service. It does not guarantee eligibility, completeness, a successful submission, an award or any business outcome. Summaries and checklists do not replace the official solicitation documents or professional advice.
Source availability
Public portals and datasets can change, degrade or become unavailable. Dewline distinguishes direct, indexed and portal-only sources, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or comprehensive coverage. The official buyer notice controls if it differs from Dewline.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, capability and work-area information.
- Keep account links and sessions private.
- Verify all requirements, deadlines, addenda and submission instructions.
- Approve pricing, representations, certifications and final submissions.
- Use the service lawfully and avoid attempts to disrupt or misuse it.
Founding pilot and fees
The first opportunity scan is available without a card. Any paid founding-pilot arrangement, price and billing date will be confirmed directly before charges begin. You may cancel future service according to the terms confirmed with that arrangement.
Your content
You retain ownership of business information and draft responses you provide. You grant Dewline permission to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Suspension and termination
You can pause or delete a saved watch. Dewline may suspend access needed to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or service integrity.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dewline is not responsible for missed opportunities, portal failures, inaccurate source data, bid preparation costs, lost profits or indirect damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the pilot develops. Material changes will be posted here. Questions can be sent to hello@dewline.xyz.
